Skill Development and Livelihood Generation
Description* Swabhimaan - This initiative focuses on uplifting the lives of drivers and their families. This program addresses the professional, financial, and familial challenges unique to this profession.
* Project Hunnar - The company provided skill training to over 250 individuals with disabilities in sectors such as BFSI, hospitality, and IT-enabled services (ITES), enhancing their employability and opening new opportunities for them.
* Financial and Digital Literacy Awareness Program - The company introduced two pilot projects under this program:
* Nano and Micro-Enterprise Training - Aimed at enhancing financial and digital literacy, this project provided business skills training to individuals working in nano and micro-enterprises, including kirana store operators, small establishment workers, retail shop staff, and restaurant employees.

Promoting Access to Quality Education
DescriptionNanhi Kali - The project empowered over 20,400 girls with academic assistance and digital literacy tools. Underprivileged girls from Classes I to X received focused academic support, including remedial classes and an annual school supplies kit. The kit, thoughtfully designed, contained essentials such as a school bag, stationery, and feminine hygiene products, enabling these young learners to attend school with dignity and confidence.

Enhancing Women’s Empowerment
DescriptionMahindra Pride Classroom - The Mahindra Pride Classroom initiative empowers marginalized and socially excluded women by creating job opportunities across various sectors, enabling them to achieve financial independence and actively participate in the workforce. Through this program, the company provided 40 hours of focused training to over 40,800 final-year female students in government and government-aided colleges, polytechnics, industrial training institutions, and employer premises. This training was designed to enhance their employability and prepare them for the job market.

Environmental Stewardship
DescriptionProject Hariyali - Project Hariyali builds upon the Mahindra Hariyali initiative launched in 2010 in Araku, Andhra Pradesh. The project emphasizes sustainable natural resource management and adheres to global regenerative organic farming protocols. Its objectives include enhancing community income, improving agricultural ecosystems, and fostering overall community well-being.
Water Conservation - Four rainwater harvesting structures were constructed in Zilla Parishad schools in Shahapur, while seven farm ponds were created on agricultural land in Kheware village, Thane, Maharashtra. Project Sehat
