CFCL initiated Project Saksham to enhance the employability of Rajasthan’s youth and foster a scalable and efficient ecosystem of empowerment. This technical education initiative focuses on equipping young individuals from underserved communities with skills and livelihood opportunities to improve their prospects.

The company adopts a dual approach:

* Vocational Training Centres (VTCs): Providing hands-on vocational training tailored to market demands.
* Government Partnerships: Educating youth in employable trades through its adopted Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and Government Polytechnic College.
* Through these efforts, CFCL aims to empower the next generation with practical skills and sustainable career opportunities.

CFCL's healthcare initiatives are focused on serving rural communities with limited or no access to medical facilities. Through Project Arogya, the company aims to establish a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem in villages surrounding its fertilizer complex. Under this initiative, CFCL has adopted four Primary Health Centers—Gadepan, Simliya, Kundanpur, and Bamori—where it provides essential healthcare services to community members.

Additionally, CFCL conducts regular awareness campaigns to promote sanitation, public health, and nutrition, while also addressing issues such as substance abuse. The initiatives include educational drives on preventing and managing diseases like diabetes, cardiac ailments, and other lifestyle-related health concerns.

Since its inception, CFCL has been dedicated to serving the communities where it operates, with a strong focus on enhancing local infrastructure. The company has undertaken various projects, including road construction, provision of potable water, irrigation improvements, and sanitation initiatives, all of which have contributed to significantly improving the quality of life for residents in the villages surrounding its plant.

CFCL has also partnered with the Government of India and the Government of Rajasthan to promote open defecation-free villages and achieve universal sanitation. Through targeted information, education, and communication (IEC) campaigns, the company has worked to drive large-scale transformation and foster sustainable development in these communities.

Project Pragati focuses on empowering marginalized and underprivileged communities by facilitating access to essential welfare schemes. These include pensions, insurance programs, domestic gas connections, bank account openings, and home toilet construction, among others.

The project actively supports the implementation of government initiatives such as Ujjwala Yojana, MGNREGA, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, Jeevan Jyoti Bima, and Jeevan Suraksha Yojana, ensuring these benefits reach those who need them most.

CFCL has also spearheaded efforts to organize rural communities into self-help groups (SHGs), promoting financial inclusion and empowerment. Currently, 44 SHGs are operational in villages surrounding the Gadepan area, fostering a spirit of collective growth and self-reliance.

CFCL’s sustainable agriculture initiatives are built on three foundational pillars: fostering a healthy environment, ensuring economic profitability, and promoting social and economic equity.

To advance these goals, CFCL launched Bhoomi, one of the largest technology-driven initiatives for soil health management. This program delivers customized information and services to farmers across 10 states, empowering them with knowledge to improve soil productivity.

The company also operates six toll-free call centers under the Hello Uttam initiative, offering farmers direct access to expert advice, the latest agricultural practices, and tailored guidance.

To further support farmers, CFCL has established two state-of-the-art agriculture development laboratories in Agra and Gadepan, Kota. Aligned with the philosophy of ‘Swasth Dhara - Khet Hara’ (healthy soil, productive farm), these labs provide critical insights into soil health management (SHM) practices.

Additionally, CFCL conducts regular training programs designed to enhance farm productivity and boost farmer incomes, contributing to the overall development of rural communities.

Under Project Udaan, CFCL is fostering youth development through strategic sports initiatives:

* Building Infrastructure: Establishing modern sports facilities in rural academic institutions, including government schools and technical colleges.
* Public-Private Partnerships: Collaborating with state governments to develop sports infrastructure in villages through the Major Dhyan Chand Sports Stadium Scheme, leveraging public-private-community partnerships.
* Supporting Talent: Identifying and nurturing talented sportspersons through training programs, helping them achieve their full potential.
* Encouraging Participation: Promoting competitive sports activities among students at various levels to inspire enthusiasm and teamwork.
* Investing in Excellence: Supporting teams and individual players to cultivate a robust sports culture.
These efforts aim to inspire the next generation, unlock talent, and promote holistic development through sports.
