Between FY 20-21 and FY 22-23, it built seven schools and renovated four in Gujarat, benefiting students and teachers. Additionally, it constructed and upgraded multiple Anganwadi centres. Essential infrastructure such as digital boards, toilets, benches, and water purifiers was provided. Its initiatives, including school construction in Asoj and Bodeli, have improved attendance and learning conditions. Impact assessments show increased participation, particularly among Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes. To address health concerns, it also organised health camps in schools and Anganwadi centres, promoting awareness and hygiene.

It also expanded a cancer hospital to accommodate rising patient numbers. These efforts address critical healthcare needs, ensuring better medical access for underserved communities.
