The Lady Bamford Charitable Trust (LBCT) strives to improve the well-being of disadvantaged communities across India. Working alongside the government Read more and local stakeholders, it implements various initiatives to enhance education in government schools and equip women and young individuals with employable skills. The Trust also contributes to infrastructure development, including roads, sanitation facilities, and water supply systems, while ensuring access to healthcare services. Originally established to support a single school in Ballabgarh, Haryana, LBCT has expanded its efforts over two decades, addressing broader community challenges through three key focus areas: Education, Skill Development, and Community Engagement. Its initiatives include improving learning outcomes, empowering women through Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and fostering economic self-sufficiency through vocational training. Furthermore, it conducts awareness campaigns on health, nutrition, and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) to promote overall community welfare.
