Knowledge Resource Centre (Library)
The Knowledge Resource Centre (Library) at CSMCRI is a well-equipped, research-oriented facility supporting scientific information needs in inorganic chemicals, catalysis, membrane science, bio-salinity, renewable energy, and environmental monitoring. Open to scientists, research scholars, students, and corporate users, it offers access to books, journals, magazines, and electronic resources. Automated with Alice for Windows (AfW), it enables efficient circulation and bibliographic searches. A dedicated webpage and INTRANET access enhance usability within the campus.

Internship & Dissertation Programme
The Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSMCRI) offers internship, dissertation, and summer training programmes for graduate and postgraduate students as part of their academic curriculum. These programmes, lasting between two and twelve months, provide research exposure in various scientific fields. Applications are accepted throughout the year, with a maximum of ten students allowed per institution. Participants must arrange their accommodation and transportation. A monthly fee, including GST, is applicable, and payments are non-refundable. Extensions are generally not permitted, except in special cases with prior approval. Applications must be submitted with a recommendation letter from the student’s institution.
