Programs

  • Maternal Newborn Child Health & Nutrition (MNCHN)

    It focuses on improving maternal, newborn, and child health by supporting breastfeeding and enhancing access to donor human milk. In partnership with stakeholders, it helps establish and upgrade Comprehensive Lactation Management Centres (CLMCs) that offer breastfeeding support, safe donor milk collection, storage, and distribution for vulnerable infants. It collaborates with PATH to assist the government in expanding CLMCs, Lactation Management Units, and Lactation Support Units across India, addressing the high demand for donor milk and reducing neonatal mortality caused by prematurity.

  • Innovations for TB Prevention

    It works to combat tuberculosis (TB), a leading global health challenge, with innovative approaches targeting underreporting and drug-resistant cases. By implementing public-private linkage models, it connects private-sector patients with free treatments from the public sector, improving case notifications and treatment outcomes. Through the JEET project, it scales these models nationwide, enhancing early diagnosis, increasing case reporting, and ensuring successful treatments, positively impacting millions across 22 states and 400 cities in line with India's TB elimination goals.
