Its initiatives cover Sports Education, Sporting Excellence, Gender Equity, Community Development, Livelihood, and Capacity Building, with operations spanning various states like Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal. The Foundation also acts as a strategic partner and advisor to sports education panels, including NSDC, CII, NITI Aayog, and several state governments. Its flagship programme, #SportForChange, uses the acclaimed 'EduSports' model to improve health, education, and social-emotional skills in schools. This program has positively impacted over 3,00,000 children across 1,200+ public and government schools in India and aligns with the UNSDGs like good health, quality education, gender equality, and sustainable communities. Another program, PathwayZ Sports Excellence, supports grassroots and elite-level athletes by nurturing sporting talent. This initiative currently engages 3,300+ student-athletes across 50+ Sports Development and High-Performance Learning Centres, with over 600 selected for district, state, and national-level competitions.

Sports Education Programme
It focuses on leveraging sports education to enhance developmental outcomes for students across different grade levels in schools. For Nursery to Grade 5, it promotes improved fitness, classroom behaviour, and cognitive skills. For Grades 6 to 8, it addresses education, health, and empowerment through enhanced social-emotional skills, gender equality, and social competence for girls. For Grades 9 to 12, it integrates education, health, empowerment, and livelihood by fostering employability opportunities. Over a year, its programmes demonstrate positive outcomes such as improved fitness levels, increased school attendance, and enhanced social-emotional indicators alongside sport skill development.

Gender Equity Programme
It implements a specialised self-defence module called SHAKTI, aimed at empowering girls aged 10 and above. The program equips participants with essential physical self-defence skills and prepares them to cope with mental trauma associated with challenging situations. Conducted by child psychologists, these sessions focus on building resilience, enabling participants to remain mentally strong and confident. Additionally, it trains girls to recognise potentially unsafe circumstances, fostering a sense of awareness and preparedness for their safety.
