Project Sujalam – Strong Water, Strong Communities!: This initiative utilises Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology to eliminate fluoride and contaminants, ensuring safe drinking water. The Any Time Water system offers 24/7 access through a prepaid card, enabling villages to oversee purification and experience health benefits within two months. With a sustainable approach, RO plants are set up in towns, temples, colleges, and schools, ensuring widespread access to clean water.

Project Jalaprasadam: Driven by our commitment to safe drinking water, we carefully installed RO purification plants in public spaces, including temples.

Divi’s prioritizes preventive healthcare and disease awareness, aiming to build a disease-free community through its healthcare programs and awareness campaigns.

In FY 2024, the company organized mass health camps, including eye examinations, and supported Pulse Polio immunization programs, benefiting thousands. Additionally, it contributed to hospital infrastructure upgrades to enhance healthcare facilities.

To promote holistic rural development, Divi’s has actively enhanced infrastructure, roads, and sanitation in villages near its manufacturing units. In FY 2024, the company conducted cleanliness drives, built sustainable community assets, developed public spaces, and provided essential amenities such as open gym equipment and high mast lights to gram panchayats.

This project empowers women as the driving force, enhancing dairy farming through improved animal productivity, healthcare, and breeding facilities. Effective dairy management helps reduce milk production costs.

Women in dairy farming have experienced increased income, better living standards, and improved animal health, leading to enhanced service quality in dairy units. These developments have contributed to household economic growth, improved milk consumption, and better nutrition.

In FY 2024, efforts included constructing buildings at veterinary hospitals and organizing veterinary and animal wellness camps to ensure the well-being of domesticated animals.

Livelihood Enhancement
Empowering communities through skill development and sustainable livelihoods is at the core of this initiative. The Skill Development Centre (SDC) in Chippada village equips youth with tailored training to launch their careers.

Throughout the year, CSR efforts focused on strengthening income streams for rural households, with a special emphasis on supporting women and fishing communities.

Infrastructural Development
Construction and renovation of community halls, libraries, bridges, and bus shelters to enhance public amenities.

Construction and Maintenance of Canals
We constructed, renovated, and maintained canals in villages surrounding our manufacturing units in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, benefiting people.

Construction and Renovation of Roads
Cement-concrete and bitumen roads were constructed, renovated, and maintained in villages, benefiting people.

Women Empowerment
Empowering women through skill development and self-employment is key to poverty eradication and economic growth. Through Mahila Bhavans and specialized training programs, women are equipped with the skills needed to excel in various fields.

In FY 2024, multiple training initiatives were launched to foster financial independence, offering courses in tailoring, bookbinding, embroidery, and beauty services. The Mahila Mandal Bhavan was inaugurated in Annavaram, diverse training programs were conducted at the Skill Development Centre, and an awareness session on The Importance of Millets was organized.

Supporting Differently-abled Individuals

We are committed to empowering differently-abled individuals by fostering an environment that promotes independence and helps them achieve their aspirations. We strive to create opportunities for a better future through tailored facilities and support.

In FY 2024, we extended support to the Government School for the Visually Challenged in Yendada, Andhra Pradesh—the state’s only institution dedicated exclusively to visually impaired female students. Our contributions included:
