Yadupati Singhania Vocational Education Foundation (YPSVEF), an initiative by JK Cement, has partnered with the Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ) to Read more enhance skill development in renewable energy and support the National Green Hydrogen Mission. This collaboration focuses on creating a future-ready workforce by setting up Centres of Excellence for research and innovation while contributing to India’s sustainability objectives. Through YPSVEF, vocational training has been expanded to include industry-relevant courses such as engineering trades and programs tailored for women, like beauty care and data entry. The YPSCVSD training centre in Kanpur equips underprivileged youth with practical skills, while the organisation partners with the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission to offer both training and job placement support, fostering inclusive growth.
