    A leading charitable Eye Specialty Care institution established by the Seemant Sewa Foundation in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, providing affordable, accessible, and compassionate eye care to the people living in hilly and remote regions of Uttarakhand. The specialist doctor consultation OPD fees is only Rs. 30/- as compared to fees of Rs 300/- to 500/- charged by other private clinics and hospitals. The charges for cataract operation and other surgery are far below the prevailing rates in private sector.

    The doctors are free to provide discount or complete waiver.

    The hospital conducts regular camps in various blocks, Tehsils and districts in the neighbourhood of Pithoragarh. The camps are conducted absolutely free of cost, with free distribution of medicines and spectacles. Patients needing eye surgery are referred to our own eye hospital.

    Now, the eye patients get best of the treatment at Pithoragarh and has eliminated need to travel to places like Haldwani, Bareilly or New Delhi.

    Seemant Sewa Foundation’s Multispecialty Mobile Health Unit provides quality healthcare to rural and border villages of Uttarakhand. The mobile unit is equipped with X-ray, ECG, pathology, and pharmacy, and the unit delivers diagnostic tests, medicines, and minor treatment directly to villages — ensuring people get medical help without traveling long distances.

    All the charges are very nominal and affordable, with further waiver to those who are unable to pay.

    Whenever there is natural calamity or need for a medical check-up camp, the mobile unit is immediately made available for medical relief and non medical aid, without charging the beneficiaries.

    Seemant Polyclinic, Haldwani was inaugurated in Dec’25 and has specialized services, diagnostic labs, and OPD consultation providing affordable healthcare to a large section of semi urban and semi rural area. The polyclinic is equipped with Pathology Lab, X Ray, Ultrasound machines along with day care emergency setup, nursing care desk, physiotherapy and inhouse pharmacy.
