Programs

  • Joyful Learning

Through community-based learning centres, the programme creates safe and encouraging spaces where girls develop a love for learning. It addresses gender gaps in literacy and numeracy through holistic development and strong community involvement, engaging girls aged 6–14 in small neighbourhood classes supported by trained educators and innovative teaching methods.

The centres focus on foundational literacy and numeracy while maintaining a nurturing environment that supports participation and regular attendance. With manageable class sizes, the approach ensures personalised attention and a comfortable learning experience close to home.

As a result, students show improved academic performance, better retention in school, increased confidence, and stronger community engagement in supporting girls’ education.

  • Aarambh Manch

Aarambh Manch nurtures confident and empowered adolescents by providing a safe platform where girls can openly share concerns and learn from one another. Through interactive sessions, it builds awareness and encourages positive self-expression.

The programme includes life-skills training, discussions on gender equality, and workshops on health and hygiene, creating a supportive peer-learning environment that promotes resilience and independence.

As a result, participants develop greater confidence, make better-informed decisions, become more aware of their rights and wellbeing, and form stronger peer support networks.
