Farmers Producer Organisations(FPOs) project
With assistance from NABARD Hyderabad, VISION ORGANISATION launched the Farmers Producer Organisations (FPOs) project. To inspire and support farmer groups at the village level, as well as to offer membership and the ability for farmers to pay a membership fee and share capital to become members. The four FPOs included in this project—Ramayampet, Toopran, Malkapur, and Wargal Mandal—were promoted by Vision NGO in the Medak and Siddipet Districts. Skill Development Trainings To Unemployed Youth
StateThe skill development programme was started with the mobilisation of 40 unemployed youth in the fourth term. Following the beneficiaries' mobilisation, we conducted an entrance exam and selected 40 students who passed the exam. We then conducted an induction activity for the beneficiaries as part of the Project Operational Plan, in addition to regular classroom instruction. We have now successfully finished our coaching in all areas of computer education, retail management, spoken English at the basic level, etc. In addition, we recorded the beneficiary profiles and kept up with the attendance and student database. As of right today, 1225 unemployed people have been placed in various businesses.
