HBO is committed to providing free training opportunities to the underprivileged, enabling them to acquire practical skills for sustainable livelihoods and self-reliance while upholding their inherent dignity. This training is entirely cost-free for those receiving it. The organisation's vision is to empower the underprivileged so that they no longer need to rely on external assistance. Instead, they can lead self-sufficient lives, supporting themselves and their families with the dignity that every human being deserves.

HBO prioritizes community health as a fundamental aspect of building a robust society and a better world. The organisation actively engages in assisting people during times of crisis and natural disasters to mitigate disease outbreaks. Additionally, it conducts health check-ups and wellness camps, specifically targeting financially disadvantaged individuals. HBO is dedicated to combatting malnutrition among children by ensuring they receive the essential vitamins and nourishment required for their well-being.

HBO initiated "IKRA ACADEMY" in 2011, employing the First Serve educational Curriculum to educate and empower children and youth. Initially enrolling 172 students, it has since expanded to accommodate about 280 students. HBO is dedicated to providing free education to 50 economically disadvantaged yet academically promising students. Furthermore, the organisation emphasizes the importance of girls' education. The ultimate goal is to elevate the school to a degree college level, aiming to create a substantial positive impact on the lives of young individuals.

HBO is dedicated to social welfare and eradicating social evils by providing essential relief and support to those in need, showing deep empathy for their suffering. The organisation extends its assistance during times of distress and natural disasters, focusing on disease control. In addition, it conducts health checkups and camps, particularly targeting economically disadvantaged individuals during periods of stability. HBO actively works towards eliminating social issues such as child marriage, gender discrimination hindering girls' education, and open defecation, among other societal challenges.
