The palliative care initiative commenced in 2012 and has since seen significant growth. The proficient team specializes in counselling and end-of-life care, ensuring individuals facing various illnesses can approach the end of their lives with dignity and tranquillity. Thanks to the counselling and support provided, families and loved ones have found solace in dealing with these challenging situations. The services offered encompass home-based care, caregiver training, counselling, pain management, chemotherapy, handling acute complications, and providing comprehensive end-of-life care to enhance the quality of life for those in need.

The Department of Child Health and Neonatology delivers comprehensive care to children, encompassing level 2 neonatal care, pediatric intensive care, immunization, community paediatrics, developmental paediatrics, a dedicated seizure clinic, and shared care for paediatric cancer chemotherapy. Its extensive services extend to paediatric emergency care, outpatient care, immunization, well-baby clinics, developmental monitoring, and neurology support. The department provides specialized neonatal care, including neonatal intensive care and hearing screening, while also offering pediatric rehabilitation, seizure clinics, and special nephrology clinics, ensuring the holistic well-being of children in their care.

Operated round the clock by skilled pharmacists, the pharmacy is proficient in dispensing a wide array of medications. The well-stocked medical store follows the hospital's annually updated formulary for medication procurement.
