These programmes encompass various initiatives, such as Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) in collaboration with NSDC and the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Mukhya Mantri Nari Shakti Yojana (MNSY) through WCDC for Bihar Skill Development Mission, Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY – NULM) in partnership with ULB/UD & HD, NDLM (National Digital Literacy Mission) and Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyaan (PMGDISHA) under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Vocational Training under NIOS, and the Kushal Yuva Programme (KYP) as part of the 7 Nischay initiative by the Government of Bihar.
