Through collaborative efforts, CARDC seeks to delve deep into the multifaceted aspects of society, including its social, political, economic, and cultural dimensions, aiming to unravel their complex dynamics and implications for Indian Democracy. By conducting comprehensive research, CARDC endeavors to provide valuable insights that can inform policy-making processes and foster the empowerment of marginalized communities, enabling their meaningful participation in various spheres of public life. It aims to conduct, sponsor, and support research in diverse fields of social sciences and humanities, including economics, sociology, psychology, law, political science, history, and education, while also exploring intersections with natural and environmental sciences relevant to marginalized communities. Additionally, it endeavors to foster ICT-based initiatives for bridging the digital divide, assist governmental and non-governmental agencies in micro-financing, advocate for renewable energy adoption, and promote eco-friendly practices such as rainwater harvesting and sustainable housing technologies. CARDC also seeks to contribute to the rehabilitation of psychologically vulnerable individuals, raise awareness of social issues through performing arts, and analyze inter-linkages between poverty, discrimination, and the exclusion of marginalized groups. Furthermore, it organizes workshops, seminars, and conferences to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and collaborates with academic associations to disseminate research findings through publications and other scholarly platforms.
