Additionally, it endeavors to foster ICT-based initiatives for bridging the digital divide, assist governmental and non-governmental agencies in micro-financing, advocate for renewable energy adoption, and promote eco-friendly practices such as rainwater harvesting and sustainable housing technologies. CARDC also seeks to contribute to the rehabilitation of psychologically vulnerable individuals, raise awareness of social issues through performing arts, and analyze inter-linkages between poverty, discrimination, and the exclusion of marginalized groups. Furthermore, it organizes workshops, seminars, and conferences to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and collaborates with academic associations to disseminate research findings through publications and other scholarly platforms.
