This is essential for maintaining relevance and contributing to Delhi's improvement. This vision is rooted in the spiritual teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ and a focus on the welfare of all. The New Delhi YMCA is guided by five core values: justice, equality, human dignity, empowerment, environmental stewardship, and enhancing the quality of life. It addresses various areas, including education, health, tourism, gender issues, sports, child and youth development, legal matters, human rights, nutrition, tribal concerns, the right to information, advocacy, and livelihoods.

Education Programmes
New Delhi YMCA's educational services span various institutes. The Institute of Management Studies (IMS) was founded in 1972, providing top-tier management education at national and international levels. The Institute of Office Management (IOM) evolved into a comprehensive Secretarial Training centre in 1972. The Institute of Career Studies (ICS), primarily focuses on preparing students for civil service examinations. The Institute of Media Studies & Information Technology, launched in 1984, offers post-graduate diploma courses in Public Relations, Advertising, and Journalism. The Institute for Fashion Technology & Design introduced a one-year Diploma Course in Fashion Technology and Interior Design, offering opportunities in the fashion industry.

Hospitality Services
New Delhi YMCA Tourist Hostel has been a welcoming haven for travelers, offering a wide range of conference and accommodation options to accommodate various budgets. It provides essential amenities that travellers will find convenient, all within the vibrant heart of the Indian capital near Jantar Mantar and Connaught Place.
The Greater Noida Programme Centre (GNPC) prioritizes the holistic development of young individuals, addressing their spiritual, intellectual, social, and physical needs. This comprehensive approach equips them to face life's challenges with confidence. -
Y School of Music
The Y School of Music (YSM), an integral part of the Cultural & Tribal Committee's programme, originated on October 5, 1994. It started with just one guitar and one piano and has since evolved into a comprehensive Music School equipped with top-quality musical instruments and a highly skilled faculty. YSM is dedicated to nurturing musical skills and talent, offering instruction in guitar, piano, keyboard, drums, and violin to individuals ranging from 5 to 60 years old. It follows the Trinity College of London Syllabus and provides students with YSM Certification upon completing their graded courses.

Student & Youth Services
A platform is offered for emerging talents to reveal their hidden potential through events like the Inter School Talent Contest, Summer Programme, and Leadership Camps designed for various age groups. Additionally, plans are in motion to establish a Uni-Y or Hi-Y club catering to college students in Delhi NCR. The Inter School Talent Contest, a highly anticipated annual event, is organized by the New Delhi YMCA, providing school children in Delhi/NCR the opportunity to showcase their artistic and cultural talents. Various cultural, social, and musical events are hosted year-round, such as "An Evening of Music," aimed at promoting and supporting young and gifted artists.

Inter - Movement Cooperation Programme
Engaging in the spirit of international collaboration inherent to the YMCA movement, New Delhi YMCA actively fosters and reinforces global alliances. The organisation has established partnerships with Louisville YMCA, KY, East-Jerusalem YMCA, and Sportjugend, a sports-focused organisation in Germany. These connections reflect a commitment to cross-border cooperation and the shared values and goals of the YMCA movement on a worldwide scale, contributing to a network of mutual support and exchange of ideas and expertise.

Social Services
In response to the Indian Government's self-sufficiency call, the New Delhi YMCA established a Rural Development Centre in Hodal, Haryana, in 1972. This holistic project improves rural life, offering sports, vocational training, and computer education for rural youth. The goals are to foster integrity, honesty, and tolerance, provide co-educational programmes with diverse activities, and prepare students for exams. Future plans involve evolving the Rural Centre into an educational institution while maintaining social development initiatives.
