The society provides counselling which is free of cost and confidential to anyone above the age of 14. It also organises and conducts workshops which cover a range of topics such as anxiety, depression, self-awareness, parenting and many more topic of relevance. These talks and workshops are usually held at schools, offices, slums and various other community locations. Additionally, the society also runs a long term rehabilitation program at a subsidised rate to help individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses. Further, it also has a team of trained counsellors who volunteer to make affordable mental health services available to all through counselling, community services and outreach programmes.
