Dinabandhu Foundation focuses on educational and socio-economic development activities. It was established in 1999 by Mrs. Shovana Devi in memory of h Read moreer late husband, Mr. Dinabandhu Panigrahi, whose educational journey from a humble background led to him earning two Master's Degrees, one from Patna University and the other from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, thanks to a Commonwealth Scholarship. He was deeply involved in educational administration, including setting up a successful school in his native village. The Foundation registered as a Trust, carries out formal education through the Trident Academy of Technology, offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Engineering, Biotechnology, and Computer Applications. Additionally, they engage in skill development, vocational education, and various social initiatives. It aims to utilize corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds for grassroots projects, ensuring proper utilization. Dinabandhu Foundation's vision is to provide high-quality education and improve the livelihoods of both rural and urban communities in India. It focuses on skill development and empowerment of the underprivileged. Its mission includes fostering excellence in the younger generation, promoting positive thinking, encouraging a thirst for knowledge, innovative research in emerging technologies, and efficient management of CSR funds for impactful social change.
