"Upahar: Gifts of Love" encourages social service, and educational field trips enrich their experiences. Additionally, students from the computer and small business programmes receive placement opportunities in various office and retail settings, ensuring a seamless transition into the workforce.

Grassroots India extends vital medical aid and mental health support to address the pressing healthcare needs of women, particularly in rural areas. It operates a private ambulance service for the WISH Network, aiding in medical training and transportation. Recognizing the challenges rural women face, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, due to limited access to medical facilities and transportation, it provides comprehensive assistance, including hospital admissions, home-cooked meals, transportation, temporary housing, and grants for doctor visits and diagnostic tests. Additionally, the organisation prioritizes mental and spiritual well-being, offering free professional mental health services delivered by trained psychiatrists, psychologists, and counsellors.
