Upasana Education Trust is a prominent vocational training provider in Odisha, committed to implementing impactful training programs for both State an Read mored Central Governments. Since 2019, the Trust has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to deliver skill development initiatives across India. Founded in 2003 under the visionary leadership of Mr. Dipti Ranjan Mishra, Upasana Education Trust began its journey with the establishment of Kalinga College of Commerce, Odisha's first residential commerce college, in Bhubaneswar in 2005. Over the past seven years, the Trust has been actively engaged in skill development, training over 19,000 candidates across various sectors in collaboration with government bodies. Many trainees have secured employment with reputable organizations nationwide, while others have pursued self-employment. As a leading training provider, Upasana Education Trust specializes in Healthcare, Industrial Sewing Machine Operation (ISMO), IT, and Agriculture, continuing to transform lives and contribute to the nation’s skilled workforce.

  • SMART program

    The SMART program equips young individuals from economically weaker sections of urban communities with essential employability skills through a well-structured training initiative, ensuring their placement in dignified jobs. The program focuses on foundational job skills, including Spoken English, Basic IT, and Workplace Readiness, to prepare participants for successful careers.
