Little flower- Girls home
CFHC has been dedicatedly serving deserted, single-parent, and orphaned children. The CHFC project embodies various developmental programs aimed at offering residential care and temporary shelter to children encountering challenging circumstances. Among its key components, there is a strong emphasis on providing life-skills education and vocational training.
Little Flower serves as a haven for parentless and neglected girls, situated in Manapakkam, within the Chennai metropolitan area. This home features a well-ventilated dormitory furnished with bunk beds, attached bathrooms, along with amenities like a study hall, a library, a computer room, and a playground. Ensuring meticulous care and attention, the girls within the homes receive essential provisions. Their holistic development—physical, mental, and emotional—is nurtured through morning prayers, evening recreational activities, timely meals, adequate clothing, and special attention to their academics. -
Peace Garden – Boys home
Peace Garden serves as the residence exclusively dedicated to boys.
CFHC operates a boys' hostel situated on the outskirts of Chennai city, near Kuduvancheri, where destitute and orphaned young boys receive sustenance, shelter, and quality education, fostering hope and belief in their lives. The home ensures that these boys are nurtured until they complete their education and extends support for their higher studies and job placements.
Nevertheless, a mere building does not encompass the essence of a home. A genuine home is defined by love, care, and protection. These crucial elements are cultivated through CFHC's dedicated team, consisting of caretakers, child development workers, social workers, and administrative staff, who tirelessly contribute to providing a nurturing environment for these boys. -
Blooming Buds – Infants Home
Blooming Buds is a serene haven that offers custodial care, love, and rehabilitation, including adoption services, to abandoned infants and toddlers. The mission is to provide a nurturing environment for newborns and babies relinquished by their biological parents. The foremost aim is family restoration whenever feasible. If that is not possible, the organisation diligently searches for suitable adoptive parents who can provide a loving home for these children.
Specially trained nurses and dedicated house mothers provide round-the-clock care, ensuring these infants receive nurturing attention. The focus remains on delivering homely care, including specialized attention to children with special needs such as Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and mental retardation. Tailored treatments like speech therapy and occupational therapy are administered to foster their independence despite their disabilities. -
Educational welfare
CFHC believes that education is one of the most precious gifts one can offer. Valuing education highly, it has established the Emmanuel Nursery & Primary School (ENPS) to cater to both orphans and children from local villages.
Recognizing that many private schools are financially out of reach for villagers, ENPS has become a sought-after option for families seeking quality education. The school extends sponsorships and provides free uniforms and books to deserving students.
