NAF has reached over 245 villages, serving more than 40,902 farmers, forming 57 grassroots level community organizations, setting up 232 rural enterprises, promoting 54 Farmer Producer Organisations, and conserving over 5496 lakh litres of water annually.

NAF's vision is to create a 'Healthy, Literate and Prosperous Rural India'. Its mission is to create replicable models of prosperous rural clusters through ecologically safe, environmentally sustainable farm and non-farm sector activities, natural resource management, rural enterprises, and human resource development.

NAF has implemented successful projects such as the SUJAL Programme in Tamil Nadu, impacting 1,661 beneficiaries across three villages, and the Agro-Forestry Plantation Programme in Cuddalore District, focusing on sustainable land use and environmental conservation.
