Our NGO has been initiated by the year of 1999 in Pudukkottai District, Tamilnadu with an ambition of empowering the poor, downtrodden people to attain social equality, education, economically self sustained, communally independent, politically participative and access to all human rights. Since its inception, we are in the service of “Identify, Rescue and Rehabilitate the victims” by enhancing the various developmental activities/ programmes with the support of Government Bodies, Corporates, donor agencies and sponsors.   We are …..       Registered under Indian Trust Act of 1886  Registered under the income tax act 1975 under section 12(A) and 80G Registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act of 1975 by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India Registered under Niti Ayog-NGO Darpan under the Ministry of Home affairs, Govt. of India Registered under CSR activities under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt., of India Affiliated with Tamilnadu Skill Development of Corporation, Government of Tamilnadu.       All renewal formalities are updated and our financial transactions/accounts are audited by qualified chartered accountant and those are submitted to donor agencies includes the Government departments those are providing grant-in-aid to our programs. VISION: “To ensure a well equipped community as educationally aware, economically empower, politically participative and access to all human rights without any caste, creed and religious discriminations.”   MISSION: “To identify the needy vulnerable target people and support them to get bright future, especially the children needed care & protection, the women needed support, the disabled, the refugees, the unemployed youths and the victims”.  TARGET POPULATION: Our target population are the most vulnerable of our community those are still struggling for their rights and survival especially children, women, aged, widows, destitute, sex workers , the people those are living with HIV/AIDS, street dwellers and the people those are affected and or infected by panic and or pandemic diseases and natural disaster etc,. WORKING AREAS: We are servicing in Pudukkottai, Cuddalore & Sivagangai district of Tamilnadu. But whenever & wherever we felt needed we are able to extend our works at any districts of our state.

RDO's vision is to create self-reliant rural communities. Its mission is to empower rural people through participatory development programs.

RDO has established over 100 self-help groups, constructed 500 toilets, provided education support to 10,000 children, and implemented watershed development in 50 villages.
