New Resolution India aims to help children and youth find out their true abilities, train and skill them to use these strengths to build a career and Read moresustenance for themselves. It also includes teachers and parents in Its efforts to ensure that the children and youth find a favourable environment to grow in their lives. Its school level effort intends to create an environment of encouragement and positivity in schools for children to make informed decisions about their future. Inputs like life skills, career awareness and monitoring sessions are given to the children to identify their interests and take it further. Teachers are coached in ways to deal with children more efficiently and facilitate career exhibitions, career presentations by experts to expose them to various career opportunities. Engagement with parents ensure good parenting skills and positive communication leading to a constructive environment of growth. Through the medium of drama New Resolution India involves adolescents aged 13 to 18 years in community development. They are encouraged to discuss social issues and conduct rallies and plays within the community to spread awareness and find solutions too, thereby developing their abilities to communicate, lead and be socially conscious citizens. Its Youth Development and Training Centre(YDTC) for 18 to 25 year old youth runs 3 month courses in communication, life skills and IT skills. The centre helps them through training, career development, mentoring and placement facilities.
Issue
The education system of India does not equip the young people with adequate skills to gain employment in the formal sector. Without any role models or mentors, marginalized young people either join the informal sector or remain unemployed, perpetuating the cycle of poverty hence the problem of ‘aimless education’.
Action
Providing a nurturing environment for children and young people from marginalized communities to transform their passion into gainful employment through career guidance, life skill development, mentorship and placement opportunities.

Buniyaad
The last few decades have been particularly important in showing substantial growth with its innovation and invention in the field of technology, automation, and education. In order to keep pace with the changing times, it is of utmost importance to move with changing variables. There is a felt need to modify the existing schools and industry curriculum and environment to match the pace at which the world around us is changing.
Objective-Adopt and equip the government and private-aided schools in Mumbai to make them future ready Renovation and upgradation of the external school infrastructure making it child-friendly Structured Learning through developing a STEAM lab which focuses on building the capacity of teachers and students to realistically, scientifically, and creatively think and solve problems. Develop Smart Classrooms to provide digital based education to program schools, with involvement of parents as well as the community in education -
Bulandi
Bulandi is a 3-month training programme run for young people, who are known as
aspirants, between the age of 18–25 years in the marginalized communities in
Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana and Delhi. The training helps them to develop themselves through 21st century skills, IT skills training, workplace readiness, career development, mentoring support, digital empowerment, internship and placement opportunities that will help them convert their passion into gainful employment. They are also given domain specific training on courses like Customer relationship retail and sales (CRS)/ITeS/ BFSI or related courses that will help them to get employment in the job roles like Customer sales associate/service, Customer relationship service, Tele-calling executive, Data entry operator etc. them plan long
term and short-term career goals for a holistic career growth. -
Badi Soch
Bright Future is giving a platform for under-privileged young people coming from the marginalized communities of Mumbai who have never got an opportunity or exposure to start their own business. Through our Badi Soch initiative we aim to equip them with basic entrepreneurship skills which will help them to start, grow and scale up their business and earn livelihood for themselves. Badi Soch is a customised program which will also give personal mentoring support to every youth aspirant to overcome their challenges and get personal coaching from their role model.
The purpose for this Badi Soch initiative is to provide supportive platform for underprivileged youth belonging to marginalized communities to become entrepreneurs -
Aasman
Bright Future has 55% of aspirants who are female aspirants in our programs We have realised that lot of these young girls face personal challenges to pursue their desired education even if they have dreams, many of them don't get conducive support from family to complete their education. There are many young women who have fought many obstacles and finally decided to get back to studies and hence Bright Future has decided to support them financially. Goal of Asmaan is to empower the young girls from marginalised communities with scholarship support to meet their aspirational education and leadership skills. Target beneficiaries: 18 to 25 years of young girls from marginalised communities from existing Bright Future communities of Govandi, Bhandup, Nalasopara in Mumbai
