Programs

  • Urban Livelihood Programme

    TNS India Foundation offers the Urban Livelihood Programme, upskilling under-resourced college youth in advanced technical, digital, and industrial skills, unlocking their economic potential. The programme includes Career Readiness, Counselling, Access, and Wrap-around support for holistic progress. It branches into three learning pathways: Campus to Corporate Careers (C2C), Campus to Technical Careers (C2TC), and Campus to Industrial Careers (C2IC).

    Additionally, the foundation aids urban women entrepreneurs through a high-touch business advisory programme, enhancing management capacity, tech-enabled processes, business models, and access to credit for operational scale-up and financial viability.

  • Rural Livelihood Programme

    To address the challenges faced by farming households, TNS India Foundation has developed capacity building programs in Gujarat and Maharashtra to enhance crop yield, institutional strengthen and market linkages, water resource management for farming households etc.

    Gir Gujarat- Sustainable Mango Initiative aims at Sustainably improving the incomes of mango farming households by setting up a Farmer Producer Organization, providing training on good agronomy practices, developing market systems, creation of comm.on water resources and promoting household-level nutrition gardens in Gujarat.

    Similarly, Project Ankur Uday at Nashik aims at Sustainably improving the incomes of grape farming households by setting up a Farmer Producer Organization, providing training, strengthening water user committees, rejuvenating water resources and promoting regenerative agricultural practices in Maharashtra
