Its primary objective is to foster grassroots initiatives that catalyse positive transformations in the lives of underprivileged families, children, women, and communities. The organization emphasizes aiding remote women, children, and socio-economically marginalized segments of society. LSGPVS is deeply committed to addressing issues of women's exploitation, gender equality, women's entrepreneurship, education, healthcare, organizational support, and the proper provision of human resources. LSGPVS currently operates within the Ayodhya district of Uttar Pradesh. It prides itself on being a professionally managed and legally compliant organization with well-established standard systems in human resources, finance, and program management. The team consists of 28 full-time salaried staff members, including 12 individuals in first and second-line management roles. The organization's governance is overseen by a ten-member Core Management Group (CMG) responsible for day-to-day operations and reporting to the chief functionary regularly and when necessary to the Governing Board. The CMG comprises heads of Finance, HR, Operations, Programs, IT & Administration, and five other thematic vertical heads.
