The major areas of developmental activities include skill development, training and employment orientation programmes for women and youth with emphasis on marginalised communities. In the area of healthcare and family welfare, the organisation conducts health camps and spreads awareness regarding various diseases. It also helps to establish self help groups to include a sense of self governance and support amongst the community. Additionally, it conducts various programmes to support and spread awareness with regards to the importance of sustainable agriculture.
