Apna Ghar
StateFor kids who were left on the streets, it has two long-term residential facilities. focuses on giving these kids the tools they need to become productive members of society by providing them with education and career training.
It provides these children with performing arts classes in addition to school instruction so they can express themselves. We look after their diet and well-being. These children regularly participate in field trips, cultural events, and expeditions that expose them to the outside world. During these visits, kids from Apanghar interact with kids from different communities. By taking part in the extracurricular activities offered at these events, these kids display their talents.
Apanghar serves as an emergency shelter for lost boys and girls on several occasions. These girls and boys are under the jurisdiction of the Kolkata police stations in Baranagar, Kashipur, and Chitpur.
