It reaches over 100,000 rural children and their families per year through its welfare projects in more than 200 remote villages and slums across the state. It has 3 main programs: Rural Children's Education, Children Health Program, and the Computer Training Program. The organisation aims to raise awareness regarding health care, the environment, education, and other social developmental issues among rural people. It also organizes cultural and physical activities for local children and communities, establishes community welfare centres in rural areas, helps generate livelihoods through Self Help Groups and vocational training, works to enhance education in rural areas, and strives to improve the health of rural children. It also provides disaster relief to affected areas in West Bengal.
