R.K. Sansthan is dedicated to foster entrepreneurship and human resource and to become an acclaimed state resource center facilitating all facets of e Read morentrepreneurs and livelihood. Its vision is to see an empowered society that is self-reliant and capacitated to take care of their long-term socioeconomic interests. Through integrated services like counselling, seminars, workshops, development of education; technical and non-technical education and vocational education the organisation hopes to create self reliance. Venturing in the field of information technology (IT) towards direction of self-employment by imparting training, workshops, seminars and different types of training input. Working actively for women and child welfare, social and economic development, community welfare and community awareness, environment and nature conservation, health and medicine and sustainable agriculture, consumer protection , development of art, traditional folks and literature, development of non-traditional energy sources and popularising the same.

RK Sansthan has constructed 105 number of toilets for its beneficiaries in Khandar block under its Total Sanitation Campaign programme. The organisation under its various components of Entrepreneurship Development Programme has trained 7209 trainees including conducting Entrepreneurship awareness camps. The Science & Technology Entreprepreneurship Development (STED )project under Department of Science & Tchnology Gov. of India sanctioned at Alwar for promoting S and T base micro-enterprise successfully completed four years from 1st April 2013 to 31st March 2017. The PEC Ltd. awarded a project under CSR project for health care & drinking water in 10 villages of Chhan and Lehsoda panchayat in Sawaimadhopur district of Rajasthan. The “Clean my Transport Nagar”, a CSR project initiated by Apollo Tyre Foundation has aimed to make bylanes clean, planted and maintained 100 lives trees (24 with trees guards),increased 50 number of establishment for door to door waste collection, covered 300 establishment under door to door waste collection and celebrated Special Events like Water Day, Earth Day, Environment Day and Swachata divas, Gandhi Jayanti and conducted 16 awareness activities.

Woman and Child Development
RK Sansthan has been organising various programmes for women to make them economically self-dependent. For the empowerment of women following activities are undertaken-1. Skill Development Programme and income Generating Programmes For Women, 2. Formation of Self Help Groups,3. Formation of Women Entrepreneurs Club,4. Organising women Entrepreneurship Development Programme 5. Campaigning against female infanticide and Child Labour.

Health and Hygiene
RK Sansthan conducted camps, especially for ENT patient with the association of Jain ENT Hospital, Jaipur. Patients were provided free check-up, consultation and free distribution of medicines, vaccination, free preliminary and first aid treatment to rural community.

Entrepreneurship Development Programme
1. Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps (EACs) promote entrepreneurship among Science & Technology students.
2. Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) and Women EDP support potential entrepreneurs with 4-week training.
3. Technology-based Entrepreneurship Development Programme (TEDP) offers 6-week training in technical trades.
4. Rural Entrepreneurship Development programmes (REDP) create employment for rural youth.
5. Skill Development for SC & ST improves rural SC/ST individuals' skills for self-employment.
6. Faculty Development Programme spreads entrepreneurial culture among students.
7. Vocational Training programmes under Rajasthan Mission on Livelihood focus on skill upgradation & entrepreneurship.
8. Livelihood Promotion Resource Centre organizes skill development training for livelihood opportunities.
9. Micro Enterprise Development promotes entrepreneurship in specific districts.
10. Clean My Transport Nagar is a CSR project promoting hygiene in Jaipur's Transport Nagar. -
Water and Sanitation programme
Total Sanitation Campaign (TSC): Conducted a survey sponsored by Zila Parishad in 17 villages of Khandar block, Sawai Madhopur District. After the survey, 105 latrines were constructed for BPL beneficiaries, along with training programs for Panchayati Raj Representatives and awareness camps in the area.
Watershed Development Programmes: Organized four training programs for Watershed Committee Members in Gangapur City and Khandar Block, Sawai Madhopur District, focusing on community-based approaches for environmental protection.
