Yuva Skill Foundation aims to provide vocational training and foster skill development amongst the youth to help them explore various employment oppor Read moretunities. It is registered as assessing body under skill development initiatives Scheme of DGE&T, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, New Delhi. The vocational skill development training provided by the foundation has two main objectives which include, structuring an appropriate skill-set for a particular course which involves a training execution procedure, trainer's training programme and an adequate feedback system through participation of industries and field experts. The second objective is the assessment of skill competency acquired by trainees through a scientific method to ensure that candidates can acquire a competent job in the industries. Further, the foundation creates assessment plans for various courses, certificates on vocational training, skill up-gradation programmes and on-job training schemes. It also carries out scientific research, feedback review studies, standardisation of assessment tools, acquires national and international reputation of assessment and certification by institutions and industries. The foundation's programs include business counselling, entrepreneurship and skill development programs, skill assessment, third party certification, awards and supporting Swach Bharat Abhiyan.
