Krishi Gram Vikas Kendra(KGVK), established in 1972, is an organisation based in rural Jharkhand, India. It actively engages in sustainable and integr Read moreated development by uniting the efforts of the Government, corporations, NGOs, scientific institutions, and the local community. At its core, KGVK follows the P4 model - Public-Private-People's Partnership. This collaborative approach drives rural transformation through Total Village Management (TVM), empowering individuals to reach their full potential and become self-reliant. KGVK employs a problem-solving strategy, using Quality Circles within villages to identify issues, determine their root causes, create action plans (in the 5W-1H-1C Format), and execute interventions efficiently and effectively, all led by the community members themselves. The organisation's vision is to contribute to the sustainable development goals within its operational areas. KGVK's mission is to foster sustainable integrated development in rural India by promoting partnership and Total Village Management (TVM). This approach has a tangible impact on people's lives, fostering ownership, initiative, and innovation. The success of KGVK is measured by the transformation of beneficiaries into producers, entrepreneurs, and customers, bringing about meaningful change in the community.
