  • SEPT Model Programme

    In the SEPT model, a team of experts identifies talented children under nine through rigorous state-wide selection trials. Around 2,000 out of 20,000 participants are placed in 52 centres near their homes, emphasizing parental support. Every three months, they undergo intense training, often led by foreign coaches. SEPT organizes tournaments, exposing trainees to competitive football. Outstanding trainees represent SEPT in Indian and international tournaments, with notable successes in Europe. It is the only Indian youth team with a standing invitation to European events and has also participated in tournaments in Malaysia and the Dubai Super Cup in 2012.

    SEPT's selection process involves identifying talented children under the age of nine through rigorous trials conducted at various centres, guided by a team of experts. Out of the 20,000 participants, approximately 2,000 are selected and distributed among fifty-two centers for intensive training by local professional coaches. Each batch of 25 children undergoes three training sessions a week, lasting 2 hours each, with additional sessions during holidays. Every three months, the chosen trainees come together for intensive coaching, often led by foreign youth coaches. SEPT also ensures its resident trainers receive periodic refresher courses to stay updated with global football training techniques. The organisation promotes competitive football by organizing regular district and inter-centre tournaments. Selected players even gained international exposure by participating in tournaments in Sweden and Finland, where SEPT's team achieved notable success.

  • Elite Centres Programme

    SEPT is expanding its reach with the establishment of Elite Centres of Excellence, taking the development of skills to a more advanced stage. The first centre, located at Feroke College Higher Secondary School, Feroke, Calicut, is already in operation. SEPT ensures that all necessary amenities, including residential facilities, are provided through the collaboration of Feroke College Higher Secondary School and coordination by SEPT Sports and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. A dedicated on-site manager and two full-time coaches guarantee the maintenance of facilities such as spacious sleeping arrangements, personal lockers, cooling systems, and insect-proof windows in four-person rooms. Enhanced mess facilities and laundry services are also available. A recreation room equipped with audio and video equipment serves both recreational and educational purposes, while additional storage space for sporting equipment has been provided.

  • Residential Academy Programme

    SEPT's Residential Academy represents the pinnacle of its development process. This academy selects 60 outstanding talents from its Elite pool, primarily from underprivileged backgrounds, and transforms them into top-tier players. The academy targets 18 and 19-year-olds who have completed university-level education. It is envisioned to be located in the picturesque hills of Kerala, offering an international standard ambience. The setup includes state-of-the-art hostels for two trainees per room, personalized sleeping, studying, and locker facilities, a nutritious sports diet programme prepared by dedicated chefs, high-quality clothing and toiletries, stipends for expenses, comprehensive medical coverage, and in-house medical personnel. The academy also provides coaching resources, indoor teaching rooms, recreational and indoor gaming facilities, and dining options, all to foster excellence in young athletes.
