ODP has aimed to improve society through bringing about positive improvements. It causes people to reevaluate their unsuitable social value systems an Read mored negative attitudes. ODP envisions just, peaceful, and affluent people and communities free from racial, religious, or caste prejudice. Thus, it raises awareness, imparts knowledge, and gives people power. ODP provides assistance to all impoverished people, but prioritizes women, small-scale and marginalized farmers, the landless, and the most vulnerable members of society. ODP places a high value on women's empowerment in all of its initiatives, which helps them break free from oppressive traditional backgrounds and forge identities that work for them, their families, and their communities as a whole.
Programs

E-Shakti Women Empowerment Program
Including SHG members in the process of enhancing their communication with one another and facilitating the delivery system's convergence with SHGs through the use of Aadhaar-linked identities.
Details of 627 SHGs have been added to the E-Shakthi portal.
12000 users' KYC was gathered.
SMS notifications are used to guarantee the authenticity of data.

Pragathi Training Center - Capacity Building program
The center is very helpful for holding different training sessions on socioeconomic subjects. The center also offers lodging and food options, which are in high demand by numerous institutions and organizations.
The Pragathi Training Center has the following amenities:
1. Five meeting rooms, each able to accommodate 35 people
2. One air-conditioned conference room that can accommodate fifty people.
3. 109 people can live there in 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and 4 bedroom self-contained apartments.
4. A pair of dorms with space for 108 individuals.
5. There are two dining halls that can seat 80 people at once.
6. Two computer laboratories that can accommodate 35 people each

Youth Program
The development of skills is the key to empowering youngsters, as they will benefit not only their families but the country as a whole.
Through volunteering and social action, the goal is to enable underprivileged youth to grow as individuals, embrace new challenges, and positively impact the community.The goal is to become more disciplined.
