It encourages young graduates fro Read morem local communities to serve as teachers in low-income schools to provide committed and quality education to poor children and also provide job-based training in the Hi-Tech domain of VLSI/Embedded/Software. It addresses the problem of quality teaching and teachers by using technology to reach remote rural children and schools and operates Vidya Poshak libraries which act as knowledge centres providing free books and academic material to poor students.

4652 students graduated and settled through gainful employment and their families are out of the poverty cycle forever, 1,35,000+ youth were directly trained through its skill development programmes, more than 1,87,000 youth utilized Its youth centres where they are provided academic books, counselling, computers and internet facilities and more than 380 Million Indian Rupees invested in the last 18 years for empowerment of youth.

This programme attempts to involve young graduates in gainful social activities also leading to income and employment. It identifies graduates from local communities to serve as full-time teachers to children from low-income communities in under-resourced schools.
