It's programs incorporate the following approaches: Sandbox Action Partnerships: Through grant making programs they support organizations working in the areas of social enterprise building, livelihoods, health, education and agriculture. Inculcating Leadership among Communities: Through leadership programs, they engage residents and youth to find solutions to collective problems. Participants are encouraged to take ownership, lead through action, and initiate successive short term projects. LEAD is one such initiative that has engaged tens of thousands of students in the sandbox area. 160,000 people have been reached by student-led LEAD projects in India. Education and Mentorship for Entreprenuers: Employ educational programs that prepare urban and rural youth to lead or manage social enterprises.
