Women's Synergy

Women's Synergy works to build the capacities of women with a special focus on those from circumstantially and financially challenged backgrounds. It Read morebrings together women from different socio-economic, educational, and cultural backgrounds to help these women foster self-growth within themselves and with each other through networking and gaining exposure. This platform offers a common space to care for each other, build resources, and network. The organization helps women grow economically, provides women with counseling, offers mentoring, promotes creative skills, fosters self-esteem, encourages computer literacy, and boosts entrepreneurial capacities. Women's Symbiotic Meets Program provides a platform for women to come together, create relationships, and form self-help groups based on interests, such as the fields of health, finance, etc. The Women's Kaleidoscope Program is a precursor to the Women's Symbiotic Meets Program (SYM) which works to kindle interest for the SYM, to consolidate women's inner strengths, and to help form collective group identities. Tapping the Inner Strength Program is an initiative that offers guidance and provides referrals to counseling programs for women in stress. The Women's Talent Revive Program establishes hobby groups for women in order to keep creative art alive and to help revive extinct skills and handicrafts. In addition, it works to collectively empower women by improving women's emotional health, providing opportunities for income-generation, and building entrepreneurial capacities.
