Workshops cover skill enhancement, production processes, quality control, and market linkages, empowering artisan communities to improve their practices and gain access to resources. This approach levels the playing field for artisans with limited formal education. In Noorbagh, Kashmir, Rangsutra rehabilitates flood-affected families through craft, offering workshops to hone skills and shape a sustainable enterprise. In Bandipora, artisans recover from floods with tweed and kaani weaving, and in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, Chikankari artisans receive skill training and empowerment to enhance embroidery quality, earn better wages, and improve their livelihoods.
