Its ambitious goal, or BHAG, is to create one million jobs for women in rural India, viewing employment as a means to break the cycle of poverty and promote gender equality. Guided by values of respect, equality, and energy, it maintains a proactive approach that fosters discipline, ownership, and transparency. Our energetic nature drives us to motivate and inspire partners and ourselves for meaningful impact. This aligns with its contribution to various Sustainable Development Goals, such as poverty alleviation, gender equality, quality education, decent work, and partnerships for sustainable development. Through its work, it aims to transform lives and communities, promoting positive change in rural India.

The consultancy is tailored to each enterprise's unique challenges, engaging in interactive workshops and collaborative problem-solving to improve business outcomes and ultimately generate more jobs for rural women.

These experts possess over 15 years of experience across various domains including marketing, finance, product development, production, HR, social media, retail, and supply chain management. Through a comprehensive value chain, Women on Wings engages in strategic and innovative activities such as market trend analysis, procurement, production, marketing, sales, and distribution. It also fosters entrepreneurship and leadership development, offering guidance and coaching to CEOs and their teams. Collaboratively with social entrepreneurs, Women on Wings identifies specific areas where enterprises require business support to drive positive change.

The Shakti Giving Circle engages members in empowering rural Indian women through both financial contributions and sharing knowledge. Funding partners provide direct financial aid or offer services and products to indirectly assist the mission. Network partners endorse and amplify Women on Wings' efforts within their spheres of influence, while Friends are individual supporters contributing at least 100 euros annually. Skilled experts with over 15 years of experience in areas such as marketing, finance, and supply chain management generously volunteer their time and expertise to advance the cause.
