The aim is to bridge the gap between availability and demand of professionally trained and qualified teachers. To fulfill its aim, it follows the approach of harmonizing Content, User Engagement, Access and Motivation. Teacher training courses are available in Hindi, with minimal data consumption, interactive interface and offline availability to facilitate flexible learning for teachers. Training topics include effective teaching methods, teaching best practices, group learning, encouraging writing and teaching methodologies for different subjects. To enable creation of reliable, interactive and effective digital content, it has started a two year fellowship program to provide specialized training to 14 academicians to train them in digital content writing for teacher training. It works in collaboration with various non-governmental organizations for distribution, content creation, production and technical assistance with support from governmental bodies such as the Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh Government, NITI Aayog, National Council For Teacher Education (NCTE), National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), DIKSHA and National Repository of Open Educational Resources (NROER). It has been able to deliver content to more than 80,000 registered users with 20 courses and more than 35,000 hours of content consumption. It has also partnered with the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) to accelerate the ministry's initiative of digitizing training and learning material. It is one among the six organizations to receive funding from Google.org as part of their program to fund educational ventures specializing in content creation and teacher training. The USD 1 million funding will be used to expand its outreach to 50,000 teachers in the next two years and create additional content with specialization in the field of math, science, language and pedagogy.
