Works with the vision of bridging the gap between requirement and supply of adequately trained and qualified teachers. To solve the problem of lack of Read more conceptual clarity in teachers, it provides a technology based learning solution for teachers called Chalklit. The learning material is based on open source sharing and provides tactical inputs for planning classes, conceptual and pedagogical training, updates on global teaching practices, training on teaching methodologies and tips for recalling previous knowledge. It has partnered with four states and reached more than 10,000 teachers and 1 million students through the Chalklit application which is being used in more than 5,000 schools. It has received funding of USD 1.2 million from Google.org to promote and support its work in India.
