The Reboot Centre of Learning (CoL) focuses on providing skill development training to women in accordance with their career goals, preference for working full time/part time or from home and their career stage. The Reboot Mentoring program offers customized mentoring and coaching sessions to assist women in their various career needs. Its Reboot Her project focuses exclusively on women returning to the workplace after a gap in their career and offers a blended learning programme to facilitate their return and resolve the challenges faced during such return. The programme offers a combination of learning, mentoring, networking opportunities and confidence-building sessions to enable women to restart their career and sustain it. Rebootmag is its blog which publishes write-ups on all issues which may be of importance to women. Through its website, it also posts about job openings in multiple sectors which may be of relevance to women looking for a job or a career change. Womenomics is its research and advisory initiative which aims to create an impact on the workplace ecosystem by working with academicians and companies for building gender-inclusive policies and strategies to hire and retain a diverse workforce. It also undertakes diversity audits, conducts gender monitoring & sensitivity workshops and provides consulting on sexual harassment as per the Vishakha guidelines which were laid down to prevent sexual harassment at workplace.
