CGNet Swara is a voice-based portal designed to help tribal communities listen to and report stories of local interest. The organisation helps them vo Read moreice their perspectives and bring public attention to them. The portal is free and easily accessible from a mobile phone. Once reported, stories are verified by journalists, and then made available for playback on the portal. These approved reports are available on the phone or on the CGNet Swara website. CGNet Swara was launched as part of the Knight International Journalism Fellowships, a program of the International Center for Journalists.
