Through its non-profit endeavours, the Foundation is dedicated to the comprehensive growth of children, differently abled individuals, youth, and women. Initially commencing by providing mid-day meals to 18,000 children in Delhi's MCD schools, the organisation has expanded its efforts significantly. Currently, it provides nourishment to approximately 10.47 lakh children daily. Over the years, the Foundation has also taken steps to address the unique needs of special children through the BrahmaShakti Special School, while the Radhika Skill Development Centre encourages women's involvement in the workforce. In alignment with the vision of a more hopeful and compassionate world, Ekta Shakti Foundation strives to enable equitable opportunities and inclusive development for disadvantaged individuals, particularly children, youth, and women. As part of its mission to foster ongoing positive change, the foundation established a state-of-the-art training centre in Begusarai, Bihar in 2018. This centre operates under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), facilitated by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Through this initiative, the organisation provided free skill training to 360 students hailing from rural backgrounds. The training not only equipped them with valuable skills but also conferred them with post-training certificates and assistance in finding suitable placements. By placing children, particularly girls, and women at the core of its efforts, the Foundation recognizes their potential to effect transformative changes in their own lives and, consequently, in their families and future generations.

Ekta Shakti Foundation has made an impact across 6 states and 17 districts, touching the lives of over 10 lakh children daily, empowering over 1000 women and youth with skills, and benefiting over 100 differently-abled individuals.
