Their vision is a world without poverty, where every person enjoys dignity, security, and good physical and mental health, regardless of caste, creed, colour, or nationality. GSF focuses on three main areas: 1. Health: They organise health awareness and cancer detection camps, providing free medicines and consultations. 2. Education & Skill Development: GSF offers educational and skill development programs that lead to job placements. 3. Art & Culture: Through ""Bihar: EkVirasat,"" they promote Bihar's cultural heritage with an online library and annual competitions in folk arts."

  • Healthcare

    Grameen Sneh Foundation carries awareness about Chronic disease, particularly Cancer, widely across the country and abroad. This is done through various events and mediums such as HAUSLA - Fight Against Cancer, Awareness and Detection Camps, E-Symposium, Sneh-Cancer app, Cyclothon, Health & Wellness Festival.

  • Skill Development

    GSF actively promotes skill development among rural youth in Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, and UP. They collaborate with organizations like PMKVY and NYKS. In Odisha, GSF worked with PMKVY to provide skill development training from 2015 to 2019. In 2017, 281 students were trained in Electronic system design and manufacturing, with 204 passing the exam and securing jobs. In 2018, 110 students in Bihar and Odisha received training, with 98 passing the exam. In 2020, GSF expanded skill-related activities through DDUGKY, a program of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.

  • Art & Culture

    The Grameen Sneh Foundation's "Bihar; Ek Virasat" project promotes Bihar's rich cultural heritage. It includes an online library with information on history, folk arts, language, heritage sites, festivals, food, costumes, and legendary figures. They also host annual competitions such as essay writing, painting, and folk dance competitions for children and women. Additionally, GSF has organized cultural and film festivals under the "Bihar; Ek Virasat Kala & Film Mahotsav" banner in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. These events attract participants from the film industry, educational institutions, government representatives, and more. The festivals aim to showcase and celebrate Bihar's cultural heritage and encourage cultural exchanges.
