Health System Strengthening Programme
1. HEALTH SYSTEM STRENGTHENING
LEHS|WISH is working to build an equitable healthcare ecosystem and redefine the healthcare delivery paradigm using innovation and technology as its vehicle for transformational change and a PPP model. The health systems at the Health and Wellness Centers or Ayushman Aarogya Mandirs (AAMs) will be strengthened to cater to patients with all kinds of medical conditions, by adopting the government identified healthcare basket of twelve mandated comprehensive primary healthcare services.2. DHWC
LEHS|WISH Digital Health and Wellness Centers (DHWC) are envisaged to bring preventive, promotive, basic curative and rehabilitative healthcare solutions closer to the communities, with increased focus on delivering twelve essential comprehensive primary care services at the last mile.● Electronic Health Records (EHR) are becoming a critical requirement for the health system. EHR solutions will enable optimal patient care, reduce potential medical errors and administrative burdens.
3. NQAS
LEHS|WISH works to enhance primary healthcare services by aligning primary healthcare centers to adopt the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS). The Government of India’s NQAS checklist is utilized to optimally assess the facilities for staffing, equipment, patient care, cleanliness, record-keeping, safety, and emergency response.4. ADVANCING QUALITY HEALTHCARE WITH AI
