The foundation conducts medical camps, trains youth in basic health care, and establishes, supports and maintains free dispensaries and hospital nursing homes. It also provides homeopathy, Ayurvedic, Siddha, and other kinds of medicines, herbs and concoctions, food and nutrition supplements, and acupressure devices for treating the poor and underprivileged. Prakrti Sparsh Foundation conducts legal awareness camps through which it raises awareness regarding the protection of rights of senior citizens, offers legal aid, and provides legal education on basic legal rights and duties of citizens. Its panel of lawyers assists in filing Public Interest Litigation cases and petitions for social justice and environment protection. In order to protect the environment, the organization works on waste management and fights the use of plastic by raising awareness against the use of polythene bags and the use of plastic items for food. It also conducts anti-polythene drives in various parts of the country. Through its Tree Plantation program, it promotes the planting of trees in addition to actively identifying and protecting endangered plant species and traditional heirloom seeds across India.
