Career Awareness Program (CAP) is a program that provides information to students regarding career and courses through seminars, workshops, and private counseling. CAP helps students independently choose which course they would like to pursue. The foundation gives cash awards to students who perform the highest on annual Career Assessment Mock Tests. The ‘Shiksha Ki Unchi Udaan’ is a scholarship program for students from financially weaker sections of society for pursuing higher studies. Ram Bajaj Foundation's RNB GLOBAL UNIVERSITY is located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, to enable economically weak people to attain good education at minimal cost.
