Skill Development
Since over 50% of the population is under 30, making India the world's youngest country, Roshni (Sanstha) is aggressively tackling the country's skill development concerns. Through initiatives like computer training centres, career training, and awareness campaigns, their holistic approach to skill development aims to empower poor children and women. They strive to close the skills gap between school and employment by concentrating on urban and rural areas. In addition to providing people with employable skills, Roshni (Sanstha) also targets larger socio-economic issues by constructing mini-libraries, fostering self-defense and other skill learning centres, and supporting projects like "SAFE" for female empowerment. Their initiatives help create a workforce with greater skill sets and job readiness, which ultimately promotes economic growth.

Women Empowerment (SAFE)
Through its effort SAFE (Skill Acquisition for Female Empowerment), which aims to increase women's social, economic, and personal strength, Roshni (Sanstha) promotes women's empowerment. SAFE, which was founded in 2014, provides a broad selection of professional and fundamental courses, including self-defense, driving, sewing, and more. More than 200 women and girls are empowered by this initiative, which provides them with invaluable tools for achieving financial independence and self-sufficiency. SAFE empowers women to manage resources, risks, and overall wellbeing by addressing cultural norms and societal barriers. The programme not only promotes personal development but also aids in economic progress and the eradication of poverty. The dedication of Roshni (Sanstha) to women's empowerment extends through a variety of educational channels, fostering self-awareness, rights awareness, and competencies that foster equality for women across India.

Rural Development
Roshni (Sanstha) is committed to raising the standard of living and economic prosperity of villagers in India's rural areas. The majority of people in India live in villages, therefore Roshni addresses the issues of underdevelopment and poverty that are common in these places. Roshni supports rural community development, education, and poverty alleviation by providing skill development programmes, notably for women's empowerment, and creating employment possibilities. Roshni attempts to close the gap between rural communities and development through programmes like offline education for kids, food distribution, financial aid for students, and agricultural awareness campaigns. The organisation values agriculture as a way of life and uses scientific knowledge to help small and marginal farmers become more powerful.

Health-Hygiene & Nutrition
Roshni (Sanstha) focuses on underprivileged areas as she solves significant health and hygiene issues in India. The organisation provides free health check-up camps, dental and eye care initiatives, and sanitary pads to girls and women in rural schools and jails in response to the alarming rates of malnutrition and disease brought on by a lack of knowledge and resources. It constructs latrines and urinals, places sanitary napkin dispensers and supports water-saving efforts in villages and slums. In addition to promoting health awareness and cleanliness to uplift poor urban and rural populations and contribute to general social well-being, Roshni (Sanstha) aspires to provide marginalised people with critical health resources.
